Positive Comment from EPICTETUS PATALINGHUG

Recently, ABC Foundation received a compliment from our friend Epictetus (Lingling) Patalinghug, retired Professor Emeritus, University of the Philippines, Diliman. Below is Lingling’s assessment of ABC s scholarship in a note he wrote to President Kris Baclit who is the president of The Rotary Club of Diliman where Lingling and I are long-time members.
